We are WatchValue LLC and we are a data controller of your
personal data. In this document< we will refer to ourselves as

2. How we collect and use data?
When you access WatchValue Service we begin to process your
personal data. In this section we describe what categories of data
we process.
2.1. Automatically collected data.
When you access WatchValue Service we will automatically receive
some technical data. We need it to maintain and improve the Watch
Value Service. Such data includes: Usage data: we collect data
about how you interact with WatchValue Service. This data
includes: access dates and times, app features or pages viewed,
app crashes and other system activity, type of browser. In some
cases, we collect this data through cookies, pixel tags, and
similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.

Device data: We may process data about the devices you use to
access WatchValue Service. This data includes: hardware models,
device IP address, operating systems and versions, software, file
names and versions, preferred languages, unique device
identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device
motion information and mobile network information.
2.2. Data you give us.
When you want to use WatchValue Service, we will ask you for some
data to register your Account. Such data includes:
Registration
data for Seller: email address.
Registration data for Dealer:
First name, Last name, Company name, Company phone, email, city,
state, address, ZIP.
Profile data: You may also fill in your
Account with following data: First name, Last name, Company name,
Company phone, email, city, state, address, ZIP.
Verification
data: We ask Sellers to provide verification data upon their first
Offer using WatchValue Services. Verification data includes: the
government issued ID or a passport.
2.3. Data we receive from third parties
You may create your account by signing in via your Facebook
profile. In this case we will use your profile data as
Registration data and as Profile data.
3.How and why do we use your data?
When it comes to processing of your personal data we have purposes and legal basis to process your personal data. In this section we will provide you with the description of both.
3.1. Purposes.
We process your personal data to:
provide you with an access
to our Website and our App;
for analytical and statistical
purposes, to conduct researches to improve our product and develop
new ones;
enforce our Terms and Conditions;
prevent
fraud;
marketing purposes, such as email newsletter, you may

Main purpose of WatchValue Service is to provide you with access
to it. To fulfill this purpose we rely on performance of a
contract as a legal basis for processing. We also use legitimate
interest to where our processing activities won't override your
rights and freedoms. We may also use consent as a legal basis for
processing. If we do, you will have a choice to opt-out from any
processing activity to which we may require your consent. You may
withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email to us at

4. Do we use cookies?
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive
containing information about the user. Cookies generally do not
permit us to personally identify you. We generally use session
cookies to save your preferences and such cookies expire when you
close your browser. Usually we use cookies for analytical
purposes.

5. How do we share and disclose data?

example, we take reasonable operational and technical measures to
limit access to your data. For instance, data which we receive is
available only to authorized employees.

to believe that your interaction with WatchValue Service is no
longer secure, please immediately notify us by contacting us in
writing at support@watchvalue.com.
6.2. Retention of your personal data.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill
the purposes described in this Notice. Usually we will store your
data for as long as you use your account, unless legislation
obliges us to store personal data longer. We won't store
Verification data, we will delete it as soon as the verification
procedure is complete.
7. How can you manage your personal data?
If you would like to access, review, update, rectify, and delete
any personal data that relates to you, you may manage it in your
Account setting. Also, you may exercise any other of your rights
such as a right to object or restrict processing and a right to
data portability, to do so you can email us to
support@watchvalue.com. In case you are unhappy with how we handle
your data, you have a right to lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority.
8. Policy towards minors
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone
under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to
send any personal data about yourself to us. If we learn that we
have collected personal data from a child under age 16, we will
delete that data as quickly as possible. If you believe that a
child has disclosed data to us, please contact us at

9. Data transfers
In the course of our operations, we may need to process your data
outside of the country in which you reside. In such a case, we
will use appropriate safeguards, to ensure that your personal data
will remain protected from any unauthorized access or disclosure.
10. California privacy rights
We make these disclosures to those accessing WatchValue Services
who reside in California which supersede and replace any
conflicting disclosures found elsewhere on our WatchValue
Services.
Opt-Out of Disclosure for Direct Marketing Purposes.California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California
residents to learn the identities of entities that received their
personal data for marketing purposes and the categories of data

our disclosure of personal data for any purpose other than direct
marketing. The data we process and share may include your name,
address, email address, and telephone number.
Automatic Gathering of Data.We collect data that you provide to us online, and through websites of unaffiliated third parties.
Automatic Gathering of Data by Third Parties.When you visit our Websites, third parties can collect personal data about your online activities over time and across different websites pertaining to your visit to or use of our and other websites.
Do-Not-Track Requests.California residents visiting our Websites may request that we not automatically gather and track information pertaining to their online browsing movements across the Internet. Such requests are typically made through Web browser settings that control signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal data about an individual consumer's online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. 11. Payment Processing
Notwithstanding any amounts owed to WatchValue hereunder, WATCH VALUE DOES NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR ANY SERVICES. To facilitate payment for the Service via bank account, we use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”), a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processors”). These payment processing services are provided by the Payment Processors and are subject to the Stripe terms and conditions and other policies available at https://stripe.com/legal and Stripe’s Global Privacy Policy available at: https://stripe.com/privacy, and all other relevant agreements (collectively, the “Payment Processor Agreements”). By agreeing to these Terms of Service, users that use the payment functions of the Service also agree to be bound by the applicable Payment Processor Agreements for the payment function the user is using, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. You hereby authorize Stripe to store and continue billing your specified payment method even after such payment method has expired, to avoid interruptions in payment for your use of the Service. Please contact Stripe for more information. WatchValue assumes no liability or responsibility for any payments you make through the Service.
12. How do we update this notice?
Applicable law and our practices change over time. If we decide to
update our Privacy Notice, we will post the changes on our Website
and in our App. If we materially change the way in which we
process your personal data, we will provide you with prior notice,
or where legally required, request your consent prior to
implementing such changes. We strongly encourage you to read our
Privacy Notice and keep yourself informed of our practices.
